The Highmark Health Kids (CHIP) program is only applicable to Pennsylvania.
Highmark makes health care programs available to uninsured children in Pennsylvania through the subsidized Children’s Health Insurance Program of Pennsylvania (CHIP) called Highmark Healthy Kids (CHIP).
