Preventive Health Guidelines

On an annual basis, the Quality Management Department, along with participating network physicians, review and update the Preventive Health Guidelines. The guidelines are based on Health Care Reform Mandates and state laws including the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) A and B Recommendations, American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Bright Futures, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) immunizations, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
The Preventive Health Guidelines are available below. They can be downloaded and/or printed as a reference tool to encourage and assist you in planning your patients' care.
