PRC Site Update

The Highmark Wholecare Provider Resource Center (PRC) will have an updated look beginning November 5, 2025!

The PRC will have a refreshed and easy-to-navigate design, with the full menu bar conveniently located at the top of the site, providing access to the same content you are familiar with. Please update any bookmarks with the new PRC site and take some time to check out the new navigation.

This update is an important part of Highmark’s commitment to providing you with improved self-service tools that enable you and your team to successfully complete transactions with Highmark with ease. The new consolidated site is the first stage in the evolution of the PRC. We will continue to enhance, refine, and improve the new site while communicating any other important updates with you through the process.
