Preventive Health Guidelines

On an annual basis, the Quality Management Department, along with participating network physicians, review and update the Preventive Health Guidelines. The guidelines are based on Health Care Reform Mandates and state laws including the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) A and B Recommendations, American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Bright Futures, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) immunizations, and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). These guidelines are distributed to the practitioner community as a reference tool to encourage and assist you in planning your patients' care.
