Highmark is making a minor adjustment to the weighted complexity score calculation within the True Performance Home Health Episodic Bundled Value-Based Payment Program. This revised methodology will apply to all episodes starting on or after Feb. 1, 2026.

NOTE: The specific algorithms and detailed weighting formulas of the complexity score methodology remain confidential and proprietary to Highmark.

Continue to leverage your daily reimbursement reports and quarterly performance reports available on the Helion Provider Dashboard to track your progress. For any questions about this change, reach out to your Highmark Network Performance Manager.
