Standard Professional Fee Schedules: Q3 Updates Now Available

The 2026 Quarter 3 updates to the standard professional fee schedules for all markets are now available on the Provider Resource Center (PRC).
You can view the fee schedule documents when accessing the PRC through Availity Essentials. Go to Highmark’s Payer Spaces in Availity, then select Provider Resource Center (PRC) under Applications. Once you arrive at the PRC, select Claims > Reimbursement Resources > Fee Schedule Information.
