Rich Products Members Will Have Access to Highmark PPOBlue Provider Network

Effective Jan. 1, 2026, Rich Products members will have access to the Highmark PPOBlue provider network through a Joint Administration Solutions (JAS) agreement with Collective Health, the third-party administrator (TPA).
Identifying Rich Products’ Members
Rich Products members are able to choose among several Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan options and can be identified by the alpha prefix JRT.
