New Functionality in Predictal: Manage Your Pre-Auth Notification Contact Details

Effective April 17, 2026, a new feature within the Predictal Auth Automation Hub will enable you to specify the preferred phone number, fax number, and mailing address where you would like your pre-authorization notifications to be sent.

This enhancement — presented for each pre-authorization submission — is designed to provide more flexibility in managing your pre-authorization notifications, which is particularly beneficial for providers at large facilities.

What does this enhancement mean for you?

• Customized Notification Delivery: For authorizations transferred from Availity Essentials to Predictal, you can now direct pre-authorization notifications to the most appropriate phone, fax, or mailing address within your facility for each individual submission on the Provider page within Predictal.
  • Note: this feature will be available for Availity-completed authorizations in the near future and is currently only available within Predictal.
• Improved Efficiency: This feature streamlines the pre-authorization process for large hospital systems, allowing you to update specific notification details without altering your primary contact information on file.
