NY Providers: Sign and Return Updated Contracts by Dec. 1

Your updated Highmark Professional Agreements are on their way. In fact, some of you may have already received your contracts. Highmark began sending these agreements in early August, and the outreach process is expected to continue through September.

To ensure seamless integration and consistent operations within the Highmark network, New York (NY) providers are required to sign their updated Highmark Professional Agreement. This aligns your practice with our standard contract structure across all Highmark service regions, including Delaware, New York, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Current Outreach

Most providers will receive agreements for Highmark’s Commercial and Medicare Advantage businesses. If contracted for both, both contracts need to be returned.

Once you receive your agreements, upload your signed contracts using the Contract Upload Form available on the Provider Resource Center. We ask that return your signed contracts by Dec. 1, 2026.

If you’ve previously signed and returned your updated contract(s), thank you! You won’t be contacted during this outreach effort.

Important: Providers should only return the contracts dated on or after Aug. 1, 2026.
