Narrow Network Claims – Remittance Info Now Available for All Participating Providers

Claim information for members in our narrow networks will be available on remittances for all participating providers, even those who do not participate in our narrow networks.
This enhancement will enable providers — who aren’t participating in all our networks — to see how Highmark processed the claim via Remittance Viewer in Availity Essentials®, without having to look up each narrow network member individually.
This time-saving feature will allow providers to quickly update their accounts receivable and bill patients in a timely manner if any monies are owed.
