Highmark has resolved an issue that was resulting in some authorization requests for eviCore-managed services to be incorrectly canceled or failing to complete.
Providers should continue to submit authorization requests via the Availity Essentials workflow or directly through the eviCore portal for the following eviCore-managed services:
