Auth Submissions Temporarily Unavailable via Availity Sept. 18-21

Highmark will be performing essential systems maintenance connected to the Availity Essentials portal from Friday, Sept. 18, at 9 p.m. to Monday, Sept. 21, at 6 a.m. ET.
During this planned blackout, providers will not be able to submit electronic authorization requests via the Authorization Request workflow in Availity or view existing authorizations via the Predictal tile in Payer Spaces. For urgent requests, providers should fax in their authorization submissions.
We appreciate your patience during this temporary operational pause. You can resume submitting auth requests via the Availity portal starting Monday, Sept. 21, at 6:01 a.m.
