Highmark regularly updates its True Performance value-based reimbursement program to ensure continuous improvements that meet our members’ needs for high-quality and cost-effective care.
Since program changes for Program Year 2026 were announced last fall, customer demands have increased for even more value and improved care outcomes.
That is why we are taking the additional step of adjusting the True Performance Lump Sum quality gate for 2026. Doing so will ensure we continue to excel in the evolving health care landscape, further advance innovation, and strengthen the positive impact you have on our members' health and well-being.
