Highmark is proud to offer these preferred methods of credentialing to our providers.
Professional Credentialing
Highmark uses the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) ProView system for professional credentialing. Learn how to start or renew your application.
Organizational Credentialing
Highmark continually seeks ways to make its network credentialing process easier for our providers. Find the information and forms you'll need to get your organization (facility/ancillary) credentialed.
Professional Recredentialing
When a practitioner is due for recredentialing, a notification letter will be sent. Once the Professional Provider has attested to and updated their information in CAQH, there is nothing else the provider needs to do.
Organizational Recredentialing
Organizational (Facility/Ancillary) Providers who have recently received a Recredentialing Announcement letter should use the Recredentialing Application for Facility and Ancillary Providers Form to begin the recredentialing process.
