The Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Program supports Highmark Wholecare’s mission to improve the health and wellness of the individuals and communities we serve by providing access to integrated, superior healthcare. Providers must opt-in to participate.
- Providers must acknowledge that they are opting-in to the core HWPE program, the Maternity Quality Program, or both.
- By opting-in, the provider also acknowledges the intent to participate in the program. Providers will be enrolled in their chosen programs based on provider specialty and eligibility criteria, as outlined in the HWPE Program Guide.
- Please contact your Clinical Transformation Consultant directly or email us at HWC_ProviderEngagementTeam@highmark.com for more information on the opt-in process.
If you missed a previous session, please register here for our next webinar: Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 12 p.m.
