Physician Portfolio Reports

Access the January Physician Portfolio Report now on Navinet, Highmark Wholecare’s provider portal.

The report is distributed biannually, in January and in July, to Highmark Wholecare’s Medicaid Primary Care Provider (PCP) physicians with panel sizes of 50 or more members. It is an opportunity for us to share data and facilitate ongoing conversations in partnership with you to continually improve the quality of member care.

Additionally, the report provides actionable data for multiple measures, including utilization and pharmacy, as well as preventive measures. It shares network-wide performance data and highlights specific areas where we can work together to optimize patient care and outcomes.
