Act now to participate in the 2026 Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Program! The deadline to opt-in this year is Sept. 30, 2026.

The HWPE Program aligns with Highmark Wholecare's mission to enhance the health and wellness of the individuals and communities we serve by ensuring access to superior, integrated healthcare. You can choose to opt-in to the core HWPE program, the Maternity Quality Program, or both.

• By opting in, you acknowledge your intent to participate. Enrollment is based on your specialty and eligibility, as detailed in the HWPE Program Guide.

Highmark Wholecare Care Gap Management Application (CGMA): The CGMA is designed to empower you with actionable care gap data, supporting our shared goal of improving member health. With the CGMA, you can:

• View and submit evidence for member care gaps.
• Track your progress in closing care gaps.
• Access your Highmark Wholecare Health member roster.
• Review your HWPE performance and opportunity reports.
• Perform bulk evidence submissions and generate various gap reports.
• See due dates for applicable measures (e.g., W30, OMW) and event-based due dates.
