HWPE Incentive Program Launch 

The 2026 Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Incentive Program will be live on Monday, March 2, 2026.

At Highmark Wholecare, we value the important role practitioners play in serving our members and would like to welcome you to the Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Program. This program supports Highmark Wholecare’s mission to improve the health and wellness of the individuals and the communities we serve by providing access to integrated, superior healthcare. 

Providers must acknowledge that they are opting-in to the core HWPE program, the Maternity Quality Program, or both. Please contact your Clinical Transformation Consultant directly or email us at: ProviderEngagementTeam@HighmarkWholecare.com for information on the opt-in process. By opting-in, the provider also acknowledges the intent to participate in the program. Providers will be enrolled in their chosen programs based on provider specialty and eligibility criteria, as outlined in the HWPE Program Guide, which will be available on our website once the program officially launches.  

HWPE Program Overview Webinar Series

The HWPE Provider Engagement Team will conduct live webinar sessions from March through September to provide an overview of the HWPE Program. You can register today for one or both of the March sessions following the steps below. Additional sessions will be published in future newsletters. 

1. Use the links below for the session you would like to attend and click “Register”:

• Wednesday March 4 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. 
• Tuesday March 17 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

2. On the registration form, enter your information and then click "Register.” Once the host approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email message with instructions on how to join the event.
