There are Highmark Wholecare Medicaid members who are eligible for Medicaid but are being disenrolled due to failure to renew or failure to provide the documentation required by the Department of Human Services (DHS). We have developed the following resources to help assist both you and our members through the renewal process.
Provider Resource - For assistance in identifying your patients who fall into this group, please view the PCP Medical Assistance (MA) Renewal Report in our provider portal via NaviNet. This report includes disenrollment data for those patients who have been involuntarily disenrolled. This report also includes Highmark Wholecare Medicare Dual Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) patients.
