Our Special Needs Unit Has a New Name
Highmark Wholecare’s Medicaid Special Needs Unit (SNU) is now called the Enhanced Member Supports Unit (EMSU).
Even though we changed our name, our case management services remain the same! Need a refresher on what our case management teams at the EMSU can do to assist your patients? Here are a few examples:
