Medicaid EVV: Netsmart Access Ends April 30, 2025

Highmark Wholecare switched to HHAeXchange for our payer-sponsored Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) solution as of November 1, 2024. Provider’s access to Netsmart for EVV management will end on April 30, 2025. After that date, you will be unable to access Netsmart to submit corrected claims from on or before October 31, 2024.

Key Actions for PA Medicaid Personal Care Services (PCS)/Home Health (HHCS) Providers:

As of November 1, you must submit all EVV data and claims through HHAeXchange. You can find training and support resources on the HHAeXchange Pennsylvania Home Health Information Center. If you have additional questions or any issues in HHAeXchange, please use the HHAeXchange Live Chat within your Support Center. Additionally, if you are unable to access the HHAeXchange portal, submit a ticket via HHAeXchange Client Support.
