Important Reminders and Updates for Medicaid Home Health Providers
On November 1, 2024, Highmark Wholecare transitioned to HHAeXchange as its payer-sponsored EVV solution. In HHAeXchange, providers are expected to manage diagnosis and rate information for claims billing management. There are resources available in the Knowledge Base of HHAeXchange on how these can be managed and prevent billing holds and claim issues:
