Highmark Wholecare Launches Pediatric Shift Care Incentive Program

Highmark Wholecare is excited to announce the launch of the Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Pediatric Shift Care Incentive Program, reinforcing our commitment to improving the health and wellness of the individuals and communities we serve by providing access to integrated, comprehensive health care. This Program recognizes and rewards our pediatric shift care nursing providers who demonstrate excellence in providing consistent, high-quality care to our pediatric members.

In order to be eligible for the Program, shift nursing providers must have a minimum of 3,500 monthly authorized shift care hours at the entity level. Shift care agencies who meet the required number of authorized hours at the entity level are automatically enrolled in the Program, without any opt-in requirement.
