Earn More Through the HWPE Incentive Program

The 2025 Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Incentive Program will go live on March 1.

At Highmark Wholecare, we value the important role practitioners play in serving our members. That is why we would like to welcome you to the Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Program. This Program supports Highmark Wholecare’s mission to improve the health and wellness of the individuals and the communities we serve by providing access to integrated, superior health care.

Providers must acknowledge that they are opting-in to the core HWPE Program, the Maternity Quality Program, or both. Please contact your Clinical Transformation Consultant directly or email us at: ProviderEngagementTeam@HighmarkWholecare.com for information on the opt-in process. By opting-in, the provider acknowledges intent to participate in the Program. Providers will be enrolled in their chosen Programs based on provider specialty, eligibility criteria, and network participation.
