The 2025 Highmark Wholecare Practitioner Excellence (HWPE) Incentive Program is well underway. The Program supports our mission to improve the health and wellness of the individuals and communities we serve by providing access to excellent health care.

Our Provider Engagement Team is offering the final hour-long webinar to provide an overview of the 2025 HWPE Program on September 23^rd. You can register today for the final webinar by following the steps below.

On the registration form, enter your information and then click “Register”. Once the host approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the event.

Don’t Miss the Opt-In Deadline:

The deadline to opt-in to the 2025 HWPE Program is September 30. Providers must acknowledge their intent to participate by opting-in to the core HWPE Program, the Maternity Quality Program, or both.
