We are excited to share that our 2025 Clinical Services Referral Guide is now available for our providers.

Over the past 30 years, Highmark Wholecare has developed a robust offering of clinical care programs for our members. Our Clinical Services department manages a broad scope of programs that connect your eligible patients with support aimed at improving overall health outcomes while reducing your administrative burden. Our goal is to facilitate linkage to our services at the point of care with a simple call, fax, or referral form and bridge the gap between the provider and payer.

Our team can also assist with Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) needs including food insecurity, transportation, and housing as well as education and employment counseling.
